Nicole is new to teaching spin and she has become stronger, gained more enthusiasm and knowledge about fitness by becoming a spin instructor.
She believes that with fitness it supports and enhances ones mental, physical, and spiritual growth.

Alia's experience with yoga began when she was attending LCCC college back in 2013 and took a yoga class randomly which blossomed into a journey of self-discovery.
Yoga has taught her patience, kindness, and love to those around her but most importantly, to herself. She said that she will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
In her words, "In my classes, I combine my love for vinsaya and yin into a well-balanced class for power and relaxation for both beginners and advanced yogis. Yoga is not a one size fits all, it is for everyone and it is my mission to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible in their own skin."

Lynn is devoted to the healing art of massage therapy and bodywork. She offers a skilled approach to those who seek physical & mental wellness. She completed the 600 hour massage therapy course at Lackawanna College.
She is also a licensed nurse w/ a long history in healthcare, ACE certified personal trainer, indoor cycling instructor, and a certified endurance running coach through UESCA.
